1. Bourbon, ginger liqueur, ginger beer, clove bitters, served with orange rock candy swizzle. We have a great menu of signature handcrafted cocktails, brought to you by our Vulcan On the Rocks bar.
2. The excitement! At this year’s Forklift we are throwing down the gauntlet at our Culinary Duel! You get to be a part of the excitement by offering up hijinks and sabotages to trip up the other team!
3. Charred Eggplant with Harrisa Yogurt, Cucumber and Pickled Shallots. That’s just one item on this year’s Forklift menu, designed and prepared by our own Providence chefs.
4. This raffle. This year, we will be offering only one live auction item, but it’s incredible: Dinner for 12 made by our top chefs, with wine pairings while enjoying the vistas at Raffaldini Vineyards.
