Second Harvest Food Bank is partnering with many area organizations to provide meals for youth 18 years of age and younger. The meals are free.

It’s important to practice self-care and things that support you and your family's physical health and mental health during stressful times. Here are some suggestions:
Don't rely on social media for accurate information. Follow guidelines suggested by trustworthy sources. World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are both trusted and reliable.
Budget food purchases wisely and prepare meals for your family that can be eaten over several days. Check out Second Harvest's NUTRITION RESOURCES for helpful information.
Remember to unplug from the media and take some time to focus your family's attention on positive activities.
